For hygiene reasons, wigs must be unworn, unwashed, uncut and free from glue, makeup or signs of use to qualify for an eligible return.
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, where applicable. Custom-made wigs may be exempt from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with your legal consumer rights.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility where legally permitted. Please contact us before returning any item.
